WHY I GOT INTO THE BIZ / WHAT INSPIRES ME:
I've been a food writer for about 10 years, and I still have some of those gigs. But in 2015, I started a copywriting branch of my business to serve the sorts of businesses I'd been writing about for so long. I love building deep working relationships with independent entrepreneurs and small businesses to help them develop a message that reflects who they are and the kind of work they do.
My clients inspire me every day. So do my grandmother's watercolors, my mom's photographs, my husband's cooking, my daughter's monologues, and my son's pen-and-ink drawings. Also, good questions, deep conversations, and groups of people who work toward a common cause with compassion.
