BREANNA TRYGG, 33 - TRYGG CONSULTING
COLLABORATIVE CONSULTANT & OWNER
WHY I GOT INTO THE BIZ / WHAT INSPIRES ME:
I was a program director at a nonprofit, and loved the work, especially when I was building and inspiring teams of our staff and outside collaborative groups. After a big push from an incredible graduate program in Organizational Systems Renewal, I started my own business in organizational development and facilitation so I could do my favorite work all of the time. I work with all kinds of organizations, with a special focus on the environmental and natural resource fields. I am inspired seeing people and organizations make new connections and move forward on their missions - especially those "aha" moments where they make connections that are unexpected and transformative.
YOU MUST READ:
I read new books and blogs constantly - I can't stop learning. I always love Brene Brown to get my head on straight and get back up again after stumble. Margaret Wheatley is clear eyed and honest about how to be a leader, a change agent and a human in our world right now.
I CAN'T STOP EATING:
Fresh apricots! And I make a ton of hotdishes to honor my Minnesota roots.
MY STYLE IS:
Comfortable, black, pockets.
